SPICED SANGRIA

Spanish Orange Peel

This classic has been reimagined to create a drink perfect for both winter and summer. The warmth of mulled wine syrup is balanced with an invigorating burst of citrus, all complemented by the orange peel botanical in our gin.

Recipe

  • 35ml Opihr Spiced Gin
  • 15ml Solerno blood orange liqueur
  • 10ml Fresh orange juice
  • 15ml Lemon juice
  • 15ml Mulled wine syrup
  • Top up with sparkling blood orange soda

Method

Build in highball over cubed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
