Turkish Cumin

The sights and smells of the Grand Bazaar in Constantinople are alive in this contemporary coffee cocktail, combining cumin and banana syrup to create a complex and unique serve.

Recipe

  • 25ml Opihr Spiced Gin
  • 35ml Cumin espresso
  • 35ml Creme de banana
  • 7.5ml Sugar syrup

Method

Shake down and double strain. Serve in a small cocktail glass.
