Moroccan Coriander

This quintessential summer serve brings refreshing Moroccan coriander together with tropical pineapple and mint served over crushed ice. The scents remind us of the buzzing bars above the Marrakesh souk.

Recipe

60ml Opihr Spiced Gin
25ml Pineapple syrup
15ml Lime juice
Sprig of mint leaves
Sprig of coriander leaves
50ml Soda water

Method

Build over crushed ice and churn. Top with soda water and garnish with a mint sprig. Serve in a highball glass.
